What's the difference between synthetic and human hair wigs?
Synthetic wigs are pre-styled, low-maintenance, and more affordable. They hold their style even after washing and are a great everyday option. Human hair wigs offer the most natural look and feel, can be heat-styled just like your own hair, and tend to last longer with proper care — making them a worthwhile investment for frequent wearers.
How do I know which wig brand or line is right for me?

Cap Size & Fit
How do I measure my head for the right cap size?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure around your head, starting at your hairline at the forehead, going behind your ear, across the nape of your neck, behind the other ear, and back to the front. Most adults fall into the average cap size (21.5" – 22.5"). Petite caps are under 21.5" and large caps are over 22.5".
What cap sizes do you carry?
We carry petite, average, and large cap sizes across most of our wig styles. Cap size availability is listed on each product page. If you need help finding your size, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
What if the wig doesn't fit perfectly?
Most wigs include adjustable straps and/or hook-and-eye closures at the nape to customize the fit. Some styles also include ear tabs for additional security. If fit is a concern, we recommend booking a consultation before purchasing.
Wig Care & Maintenance
How do I wash and care for my synthetic wig?
Wash your synthetic wig every 6–8 wears using a wig-specific shampoo and cool water. Gently swish — never rub — and rinse thoroughly. Allow it to air dry on a wig stand. Avoid heat styling unless the wig is specifically labeled as heat-friendly.
How do I care for a human hair wig?
Human hair wigs can be washed with gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Wash every 10–15 wears, or more frequently if you use styling products. You can blow-dry and heat-style as you would natural hair, but always use a heat protectant. Store on a wig stand when not in use.
How long will my wig last?
With proper care, synthetic wigs typically last 4–6 months with daily wear, or longer with occasional wear. Human hair wigs can last 1–3 years or more. Proper washing, storage, and gentle handling are key to longevity.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout. International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs processing.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your wig. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the return window outlined in our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Can I exchange my wig for a different style or size?
Yes, exchanges are available for eligible items. Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can reserve the style you'd like. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
What if my wig arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
